The Cerrado region’s soil is uniform and the winter weather is consistently mild and dry during harvest season. Due to the consistency of the weather, the beans ripen all at once and are harvested on top of tarps, never touching the soil once ripened. This process produces a supreme quality drink due to the nature and sensitivity of coffee beans.
